Export Coordinator

Due to an internal move in the team, we have a great opportunity for candidates interested in a longer term career in Supply Chain, to come and join our Export team. You’ll already have a strong base knowledge of international logistics experience (to Middle East/Asia ideally) or you may have worked in an import role and would like to broaden your skills further.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: • Processing of customer orders onto SAP in an accurate and timely manner and preparing the appropriate documentation needed for each destination country and dealing with appropriate bodies e.g. Chamber of Commerce • Liaison with 3PL to arrange timely packing, collection and/or distribution of export orders ensure correct transportation conditions and documentation requirements are met. • To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery schedules, outbound logistic plans and issues affecting timely supply to customers.
