Production Operator

Ensure that product and components are produced safely and efficiently, following defined procedures in line with demand. This will involve working as part of a team or on your own depending the particular task requirements.
Following Defined Standard Operating Procedures and Departmental Instructions, to produce finished products that meet all the necessary specifications and maintain output targets to attain conformance of the weekly production plan.
To complete documentation in a neat and accurate manner as detailed in relevant procedures.
To provide back up resource for other areas within the company, governed by production demands.
To participate in line/ area/machine changeovers and ensure that they are completed safely, efficiently and successfully using defined procedures.
To ensure compliance with GMP and Health and Safety guidelines.
Operate runabout truck.
You will ensure training and monitoring of new and existing Operators is completed following defined procedures to establish performance standards.
To be Pro-Active and take ownership of the relevant line which will include compliance with 6S Principles.
Carry out any other duties, which might reasonably be extended by the Supervisory Team.
