A relevant Scientific degree and ideally experience working in FMCG sector. Experience working in a laboratory environment in a formulation role ideally with licensed medicines or semi solids experience. Cosmetics or devices experience would also be considered. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively cross functionally An analytical mindset and ability to solve technical problems Experience developing formulations across different regulatory classifications highly desirable.
