In this key stand-alone lab-based role, you will lead NPD and EPD projects from concept to completion, providing formulation support for the delivery of the category's OTC pipeline and manage the technical delivery of these projects internally and at third-party manufacturers. Your role will include testing new technologies, developing new formulations, improving existing formulations, and generating data for claims support. You'll work closely with our third-party suppliers such as our raw material suppliers to bring new and innovative products to market.
